Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and you might need to cancel an order. This document explains the procedures and conditions for cancelling orders.


Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever happens first.

To cancel, please contact our customer support team via email.

Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Orders Already Shipped

Cancellations are not possible once an order has been dispatched.

You may, however, return the item after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.


Modifying Orders

Changes to items or delivery addresses are not allowed after the order has been placed.

To make modifications, you must cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new order.
